Two quotations are comparable only when they describe the same vehicle, quantity and scope of services.

Name the port and the rule

Ask the supplier to state the trade term, named port and Incoterms version. FOB and CIF allocate costs and responsibilities differently. Review the written agreement with the parties handling your shipment.

Check each cost line

Compare the vehicle specification, sourcing price, inspection, China-side handling, export documents, freight and insurance where applicable. Confirm which destination-side costs the quotation excludes.

Confirm the total with your importer

Ask your destination-side customs and registration providers to confirm applicable charges and requirements. An export quotation is not automatically a landed-cost quotation.

Can I enquire about just one car?

Yes. Select personal use and enter a quantity of 1. The proposed vehicle, purchase arrangement and import feasibility are confirmed for your destination before an order is agreed.

What will my quotation include?

Ask for separate vehicle, inspection, export handling, documentation, freight and insurance lines where applicable. Confirm the currency, quotation validity and named delivery point. Destination charges, taxes and registration need a separate local estimate.

What happens after I send an enquiry?

The team uses your contact details to clarify the model, version, destination and requirements, then prepares an order-specific proposal. Sending an enquiry does not place an order, reserve a vehicle or take a payment.
